What would go on inside the mind of a runner who, instead of thinking about distance, speed, or burning calories and pushing through the pain—could let their mind run free? What would it look like if a runner was so at ease and so mindful that they forgot they were even running? Where would they go?
Join us on Global Run Day 2018 for a guided meditation and social 5k run to celebrate our amazing run community in the city.
The doors to Love Child Social House will open at 6:30 pm and allow a space for runners to check their bags before the run begins. Once everyone is settled Dhani Oks will be leading a guided meditation, followed by a mindful 5k run along the waterfront.
Following the run we will return to Love Child for snacks & refreshments!
